Natural Remedies for Hair Loss

For hair loss in women, we have some effective natural remedies. Discover them and strengthen the health of your hair. Although the causes of hair loss can be diverse -from stress to an unbalanced diet, excessive exposure to the sun, among others-, what is evident is that it is an unequivocal sign that we need to strengthen their care. Ginger to prevent hair loss

Grate a little ginger (a tablespoon) and mix with jojoba oil. Apply the mixture on wet hair and massage for about 10 minutes. Wait about 7 minutes and wash the hair as you usually do.

Essential oils

Essential oils have been shown to help prevent hair loss. You can use rosemary oil, washing, or thyme. You can buy these oils in any herbalist, and you should apply them with a massage to the scalp after applying the shampoo. The hair will gain strength, vigor, and shine.

Hair loss: licorice root

Licorice root helps prevent hair loss by softening the entire scalp and fighting irritations. Add a tablespoon of licorice root in a cup with a little milk and a small tablespoon of saffron. Mix all the ingredients well, and apply on the scalp. You should leave the mask on overnight so that it penetrates much better into the scalp (you can use a plastic cap for more effect). In the morning, wash your hair, and that’s it!

Beet

Beetroot contains many minerals and vitamins that strengthen the hair preventing it from falling out. Boil the beets together with a little henna and make a paste. You must apply the mixture on your hair and leave it to act for about 20 minutes and then rinse the hair. You can do this natural remedy about three times a week.

Natural remedies for hair loss: garlic

Garlic has many properties and benefits for our health. Furthermore, it is an excellent natural remedy to treat alopecia and fight against hair loss. Part half garlic and rub it very carefully all over the scalp. Leave to act for a few minutes and wash the hair (to remove the smell). If you see the scalp redden, do not use this treatment.

Coconut and lemon water tonic

This natural remedy can help you stop hair loss and prevent it. To make this hair tonic, you need to add the juice of half a lemon to the coconut water. Mix the ingredients well in a container with a vaporizer. You should apply the mixture lock by lock before washing your hair. This tonic can also help you to facilitate styling, and you should only apply a small amount before styling.

Onion mask and argan oil

Birch, rosemary and Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo biloba favors the microcirculation of the scalp and helps to stop the fall. To prepare a natural lotion mix, ginkgo Biloba, birch, rosemary, alfalfa, and nettle. After leaving to rest, add a few drops of brandy. Apply ten drops of this mixture on the scalp.

Sabal

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has several cosmetic uses. Apple cider vinegar, in addition to preventing hair loss, promotes circulation, and is an effective natural remedy for oily hair. In this case, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar in a liter of water, and apply to the scalp with a light massage. Then rinse with warm water.

Sweet almond oil

Almonds provide protein, an essential nutrient for hair health, and to stop hair loss. In this case, you have to mix a few drops of almond oil with aloe gel and apply it with a light massage on the scalp. Leave it on for an hour and then wash your hair.
