1. Baby guacamole

- 1 small avocado
- 1 teaspoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon plain natural yogurt
- 1/4 lemon

In the United States, the recommendation of pediatricians about citrus consumption is that they can be included in the baby’s diet from 6 months.
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 diced mango
- 1 crumbled cookie
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 small teaspoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Olive oil
- For the preparation of the dressing, gather all the ingredients in a container and mix them.
